The A-6 and A-7 models delivered more headroom to the rear-seat passengers. The longer limousine version was the A-7. Both came with a Continental 6 cylinder engine.
The price of the a-6 was $2,458. Six thousand were produced during 1953 and 1954.
During 1954, New York City dropped the 5 passenger seating requirement in taxis. Being a shrewd businessman, Morris Markin sells 1,500 of his medallions.
